The mission of LCABC is to provide educational opportunities that emphasize skills and knowledge that will allow the student to adjust through a lifetime of social and technological change. The College is committed to offering quality education that meets the needs of its students and assisting them in clarifying and pursuing their professional and educational goals.

There are special arrangements already done for disable people on college campus. Bur college is responsible for providing any special needs that you require further to access the campus.

There is a disable toilet that is regularly monitored. And the lift work is in progress that will be completed soon. Then people would be able to use lift to reach the upper floors on the campus.
